About Arkley

A new name for a place families already trust.

Arkley Schools is the next chapter of The Paatashala: the same nurturing community, carried forward with a renewed identity and a bigger ambition for what a school can be.

Our Story

From The Paatashala to Arkley.

The Paatashala earned the trust of its families by doing the fundamentals with love: joyful discovery, safe and supervised play, creative activities every day, and genuine care for each child. That spirit is the foundation everything at Arkley is built on.

As our vision grew toward a school that could accompany children well beyond their earliest years, we chose a name to grow into. Arkley Schools reflects that intention: a calm, confident place where childhood is respected and the future is prepared for thoughtfully.

For our families, the things that matter do not change: the same warmth, the same standards of safety and care, and the same belief that children flourish when they are known, trusted, and given real things to do.

Looking Ahead

Built for the long arc of childhood.

  1. Today

The early years through Grade 2

Our focus today runs from playgroup through Grade 2: Montessori-inspired, screen-free, and deeply personal. Getting the beginning right is the work we care about most.

  2. Next

    Further into the primary years

Arkley is designed to grow with its children. Our next chapters extend the same philosophy further into the primary grades, so families who begin with us can continue with us.

  3. The vision

A school for the long arc

Ultimately, Arkley aims to walk with children across their school years: one coherent community where confidence, curiosity, and character are built year after year.
